@fhood They are just off Ft Apache and blue Diamond road. They are up in the hills. They look more akin to normal caves unless you look hard enough. some rail ties are still in the ground outside. and in one of the many mines if you go deep enough you find part of the rail system
If you look at 1:09 in the video you will see a piece of polypropylene pipe connected to a pipe going into the mine. That type of pipe did not exist until about 1968... so I would say that mine has been used in modern times.

mines are some of the most interesting places everrr :oo all that history, and eeriness all in one place. the deeper, the more interesting. :P great video btw.
@starcraftflyer17 Utah? Wyoming? I'm still trying to work my way through the mines in California and Nevada! LOL Arizona is next on my list of states to hit up for mines.
I went in a mine with my dad and my friend and there was a mountain lion in the back so i shit my self and ran with my friend and my dad shot it with a 44. my ears still ring to this day
Have you ever been to the old gypsum mines in Las Vegas?

it must of been musty and dusty in that old abandoned mine

I would have loved no music - and hearing you comment on the discovery. The music, personally, doesn't seem to fit.
BUT thank you! It looks so fun to explore the unknown!
