well then you should know that 1. the song is wrong on some hits 2. that the right setting and playing technique can even let a real bad guitar sound pretty cool

if you're sticking with any excuse, i'd go for: using a cheap guitar (pacifica 112) cheap amp (can't see it but i'd guess a G15 or similar) and not having much of a sense of timing or how to tap properly.

That may sound like a criticism but it took me about 3 years to get as good at tapping as you are now (although i didn't primarily concentrate on it)so if you're ahead of me then great. I'd guess from the gear that you haven't done much/any pro work yet anyway, so good luck matey

oh by the way in my opinion u should lift ur wrist up when doing the solo and have ur arm leaning on the guitar i find if i use my pointing finger its easier n wedge ur thumb on the left side of the finger board, an find a way to keep hold of ur pick wether its in ur lips, in the cuff of ur hand ect. u lost momentem in the song by picking it up if thts what u were doin
