I'm in S.C. and wondering if anybody noticed the holograms on the NEW tags they said we had to get. Did anybody notice this? Same type on N.C. tags. And looks like DNA strands in middle of tag. Just seems weird.

I and my grandfather have it. Two people I work with have. A bunch of people at the local community college in my area have it. It's aweful, but at least no one's died from it around here from it that I know of.
