@xtianthemadman Well, in order to use the Relocator to transfer your exclusive Pokemon, your Pokemon D/P/Pl/HG/SS game must be the real deal in order for it to work. Your Pokemon Black and White ROM (via Cyclo DS, R4, etc.) on your Nintendo DS should work fine, since it doesn't need infrared connection during the process.

If you're talking about trying this out from your Computer-based emulator (without a Nintendo DS), that's not going to work, unfortunately.
