how many lumen does the bulb put out? if its 800x600 it would be tolerable,but if its 640x480 might be a little hard on the eyes. anything under 20 lumen is a weak weak image.

Nahhh, I think I'll stick with HTC's. Shit, I do not know what the hell is att&t doing. THey used to have the best phones, now verizon has the best phones. If the best att&t can do is this or the HTC Pure or Tilt 2, screw att, I'd rather have verizon. Ever seen the Droid Eris or the HTC phones from Verizon. Yeah, they give them better phones than our pieces of crap. Att is more convenient so that's the only reason I'm still with them.

It's their biggest celling phone and with the deal they have with Apple, they are getting mega amounts of money for this. They don't want to risk putting another phone against the iPhone in fear of sales dropping for the iPhone (Apple wouldn't be too happy with ATT about that).

That is why ATT is really thinking about cutting ties with apple, because they are not producing any profits because the expensive contract with apple outweighs the profit ATT is getting from selling Iphones. Its not that they fear sales dropping for iphone, its more like they cannot afford more contracts with other phone manufacturers.

ATT needs to extend out sales-wise to sell other "freakin awesome" phones. They depend  too heavily on one device, the iPhone, and i don't feel that's a smart move (makes att vulnerable if they lose that exclusitivity with apple).

yep. I'm absolutely sure ATT is going to pull out of the exclusive contract and just make it a regular contract. Windows 7 phone series are coming out and they are also coming to ATT, and I have great expectations for that. But ATT is a little too late to get into the android market. Every major provider has a wide selection of android phones already besides ATT. Oh well, never been a fan of android anyways. It reminds me too much of an iphone, but just without the problems.
