Flyleaf is a Christian band. Just because they don't sound like the others and it's harder to tell that there songs are indeed about God, if you actually pay attention to the lyrics, you can tell that they are. They don't identify themselves as one, but every member is a Christian.
I'll admit something: I had departed from the Lord for a while (nothing too serious),and let me tell all those UN-Godly people out there something. It never feels better than to be connected to God. I used to listen to UN-Godly music, and i liked it, but there was always something missing. And when I started listening to Christian music again, I felt that embrace, and I knew I would be blessed. I will NEVER depart from God again, even if it's just by clothes or music, or whatever.I love my God!
To be honest, you do not have to be born into a christian family to become a strong christian. I was born into an athiest family. Then I met a few friends that are presbyterian... Them and the music influenced me into faith. Not my family, my family honestly doesnt like me playing in the praise band at my church, but I love it! Music is the talent that god gave me and I will use it!! :)

The best Christian band I've ever heard personally is an indie band called Johannes. I really wish they could get the fame they deserve. Truly Christian lyrics. I was only able to find one of their songs to put on my channel, and its not even their best.

Flyleaf is a Christian band. Just because they don't sound like the others and it's harder to tell that there songs are indeed about God, if you actually pay attention to the lyrics, you can tell that they are. They don't identify themselves as one, but every member is a Christian.

I'll admit something: I had departed from the Lord for a while (nothing too serious),and let me tell all those UN-Godly people out there something. It never feels better than to be connected to God. I used to listen to UN-Godly music, and i liked it, but there was always something missing. And when I started listening to Christian music again, I felt that embrace, and I knew I would be blessed. I will NEVER depart from God again, even if it's just by clothes or music, or whatever.I love my God!

To be honest, you do not have to be born into a christian family to become a strong christian. I was born into an athiest family. Then I met a few friends that are presbyterian... Them and the music influenced me into faith. Not my family, my family honestly doesnt like me playing in the praise band at my church, but I love it! Music is the talent that god gave me and I will use it!! :)

@clater123 People born in a christian family also have problems, cause it feels like other people have this "wake up - experience" that we are missing. But yes, I think it's better to be born into a christian family, cause it's importaint to have people by your side when you have to decide about big things in life.

If you can't grasp this concept then you aren't deserving of a debate. I don't worship ANYONE. @argys1111 Like I said before, it is impossible to have free-will if your god is all-knowing and all-powerful. He knows what you are going to do before he creates you, therefore he determines your path in life and you can't stray away from that path. It's not a difficult concept to understand. God is a tyrant. He basically says "worship me or burn in hell eternally". I can't think of a more tyrannical example. What the hell does "god is love" even mean? That statement has no substance.

And they are less corupeted then any organisation or religion in the world. And they have done and still continue to do a lot of good for the world, more than any other religion or organisation.

I merely said that there have been many cases where priests rape little boys, and the church usually just gives the guilty priest a slap on the wrist, which is the case in the recent Vatican rape scandal. You seem to live in your own little Catholic bubble. You throw around claims that aren't true and are without substance.
