000 Private means Not in service since the bus stn has closed here you see 000 Private a lot cos if a but comes off the 28 it then has to go on the 17 the 18 finshes qat st Merrys and the 17 starts at the kingsway so i will go Private from St mearys to the kingsway to start it service this happends to 4 to 5 diffrabnt routs plus it looks like erlly evening or erlly moraining on the kingsway so they move buses around on the network
Probably not, there's a hell of a lot of 000 Privates in Swansea all the time... I've absolutely no idea what for. They're usually empty, but I have a few times seen passengers on them. I thought at first it was used as Not In Service, but I've since seen it being used on buses that I know have Not In Service programmed. You also see a lot on Princess Way, they come in and stop by St. Mary's Church and switch off. I think they then change to a route.
