  • Can I use other acrylic paints instead of Testors?

  • @arvpivot111 Sure, I guess.

  • @somarriba333 How about Poster?

  • @arvpivot111 I don't know what that is. I just use Testors.

  • Thanks dude i was wondering how this works because im repainting the new Jazwares MK Scorpion and Sub Zero figures and the skin needs highlights so im gonna dry brush them :D .Plus sculpt on ignored details.

  • @MRXDX296 Glad it helped.

  • so if you dry brush optimus prime will it repaint over the blue or give it more detail?

  • @chivasboy010203 You'll have to try that yourself and see what happens.

  • what if your figure has no armour , do you still use silver ?

  • @kinkabala I guess you can dry brush with any color if you want.

  • But it is transformers...

  • @TheSeerKiller Um, what?

  • Can water wash off the paint after u dried it?

  • @lolzwafflez137 It shouldn't. I've applied decals with water and it didn't affect the paint.

  • @sesshymaru Krylon flat black. Search for my other videos and you'll see.

  • sorry,i really need your help, may i know how to make steel color as i cannot find any steel paint and i really need it for drybrushing my figures.

  • @figureshobby2010 I used Testors Steel paint.

  • awsome !!!

  • I've red about dry brushing, but never understood it, but with a visual demonstration its alot more easier to understand. Thanks Solrac. This video tutorial really helps me out.

  • @Ezilla82 Thanks. Glad it helped. I thought about doing a shorter video but I also wanted to use this to see how much I can cover a figure while filming.

  • @somarriba333 Yes it does. You know a shorter video would be cool, but I still like a longer version. Yes, its tiresome, but at least it gives you pointers about dry brushing.

  • @Ezilla82 I posted the finished pic at TFW.

  • @somarriba333 I've seen it and it looks sweet.
