Bubble and squeak is a dish made out of Sunday lunch leftovers. You mix potato and cabbage together and fry it in a pan. It makes bubble and squeak noises when you cook it, hence the name. Like a hash brown, you'd eat it with something else. It goes quite well with an English breakfast of bacon and eggs. It's also nice with any cold meat leftovers, such as Christmas turkey.

This classic dish originally contained beef along with the left-over cooked potatoes and cabbage, though today people don't generally bother with the meat. The name is apparently due to the sounds that are emitted during cooking, the vegetables bubble as they are boiled and then squeak in the frying pan.

I'd like to comment on the Rocky Sharpe group:

How many rock groups were there with one girl and three men? This was one of the rare ones and they succeeded. I think Helen was hipper, but Gloria was more up scale and looser.

I miss this type of group and wish I had them around now to book.

No, this song belongs to their 4th and last LP called STOP PLEASE STOP from 1982, you can see the girl is not Helen Highwater from RamaLamaDingDong, Martian Hop or Come on Let´s go, this one is Gloria Sunshine. Helen quit on their 3rd LP and was replaced by this one, who only recorded one LP.
