She's beautiful. And perfect in every way. I can't believe anyone thinks she's malnourished. See how her coat gleams? How defined her muscles are? Were she malnourished her coat would be dull, and her muscles consumed by her body for food. Really, we're just all too used to obese people and pets these days. Healthy is almost a foreign concept to many of us!

why do people assume this dog is under weight, if you are aware of the breed then you will know this is a Boxer trait. They are very active dogs with bundles of energy to burn

I see nothing but a young beautiful boxer!! She will bulk up when she gets to a certain age. Boxers are so active at this age. We use to be concerned about our boxer and the vet said he looks perfect that he sees overweight dogs all day and has to tell the owners to put them on a diet....

@jzacharek2006 Maggie has all the food she can possibly eat, we never leave her bowls empty. She does however get walked twice a day, often going on long runs with me. I personally see nothing wrong with her, and think she's both a beautiful and fit dog. Not to mention super loving and fun. Thanks for your comments. If you look at her more recent videos you'll think so too!

@smickers79 Maggie is beautiful! She looks great with plenty of muscle. Obviously well-nourished. A hungry dog would not play with this treat but would have gulped it right down. You are doing a good job taking care of this dog.

@gr3azyGFX They are a great breed to own! Having grown up with dogs all my life, these are by far the most fun. Obedient, great round kids and other dogs. And when you laugh, they showoff even more!

@imadoggielover Thanks! She was very easy to train as we started early with treat based rewards. She goes to the toilet when you tell her to, sits, lie down, paw, high 5, rollover, walks without a lead, plays dead, goes to the bath when you tell her and so much more!

I think it's the hard work you put in initially, makes for a happy dog!

@imadoggielover they can be stubborn but its more of a cute stubborn, like you can tell they are thinking of listening but won't. They are essentially like 5 year old kids their whole lives :)

@powerfusev2 Seriously? 95% of boxers have their tails docked. It's done within the first few weeks after birth. IMO boxers don't look right with long tails.

@powerfusev2 Docking the tail is a breed standard. Our every boxer had it done when she was a day or two old. It doesn't hurt them when they're that young. Also Boxer are very happy and when they're happy they wag their tail like CRAZY. I'd much rather them have their tails docked then them break their tails or hurt others with it lol.

Thanks vs800rider. It's a pure wool cream coloured carpet that's seen better days! We've got a little 15 month old daughter.

When our dog has been outside in the rain, she spins around on a mat to dry her feet! No kidding!

how old is she? boxers don't fully fill out until around 3 yrs old. they kind of awkward looking when young. all my boxers were like that.

my min pin does a ritual too. she runs around it on her neck with her butt in the air. like shes scratching but she only does it with treats. so effin adorable. your boxer is veryy cute!! i love his floppeh ears
