Hi! Have you tried the Fat Blast Furnace (do a search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my work buddy shed a lot of stubborn fat.
Do you know the sanskrit name or just name of every single posture that your are doing in this video on the name of Yoga. One more question, what does differnce between Gymnastic and Yoga:)
@yoganews Gymnastics consists of many different skills performed on different apparatuses. Gymnastics is mainly based on strength, plyometrics, flexibility. Gymnastics originates from ancient Greece.
Yoga originates from India. Yoga is not only a physical exercise, it is a lifestyle to attain one`s physical, mental, emotional, intellectual and spiritual balance. There are many different styles.
Does anyone think a beginner could or should do this? I'm not that flexible but I like the idea here. Everyone says how wonderful yoga make you feel Do you guys think so too ?
@tigergreg8 I think it's challenging even for an advanced yogi; when I imagine my 55-year old mom and the hard time she has with downward facing dog, I don't think she would come halfway here :-) It's a wonderful sequence though, very inspirational & balanced, I'm going to steal bits of it for my class tonight! :-) Thanks & namaste!
Great video. He confuses his right with left a couple times and that's a little bit jarring if you've never done it before. but after a couple times you know where that is and can get around it easily. Overall, this is an EXCELLENT sequence.
Great video technique and teaching style please everyone BEWARE the #1 nutrition weight loss product is putting people in the hospital Please type in JILLIAN MICHAELS THE TRUTH perhaps if a few people help spread the word we can save a few lives thank you
I've done yoga every day for 30 years now -- I cured HERPES -- lip AND genital – with a non-physical form of YOGA called immunics -- I've doing IMMUNICS since 1993 -- I haven't had flu since I cured the herpes – I've seen people cure CANCER with this –
I do yoga and immunics in short bursts – THROUGHOUT THE DAY – keep myself feeling great ALL DAY – FRIEND me on Facebook – Bayard Henry Barnes -- 813-672-3419
Egads, thanks for showing me that yoga can be hard work! This is one of the toughest workouts I've ever done - much funner than the same old push-ups, sittups, squats, etc.
I hope you do more of these, I really enjoyed it. i would love it if you could post a longer practice. Couldn't get to class and this really helped. Namaste
I'm new to yoga, but not to lifting and working out, so I wanted to try a yoga sequence that would challenge me, stretch my overworked muscles, and get my heart rate up, and this sequence did it!! It was great!
do you know how many calories on average this burns?
