@larkydozer, I was referring to Stewart, check out the 5th page of the top result on google.fr for 'stewart copeland' interview'and the long answer he gives to "Quel enregistrements du groupe vous laissent aujourd’hui le meilleurs souvenir ?"
Sorry, haven't got time for it. That was one source among many - after reading most of the articles coming up on google search 'stewart copeland interview', my initial remark on the video was the general impression I got (but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong!)
Oh, but you had time to write five different comments. Uh huh. Thanks pal.
" That was one source among many"
Many more which you're just too busy to cite. I bet you've got x-ray vision too.
" the general impression I got (but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong!)"
Stewart has never said he felt artistically stifled or compromised in the Police. He only complained about Sting having fully charted his own songs. Quite different.
Copeland is my favorite drummer ever. He's awesome. It's depressing that I don't have the opportunity to see them live since they wont reunite again. I was born in 89, and they were already done. FUCK!!
@ieetemos4breakfast Yes, Stewart is one of the world's most distinctive and talented well-known drummers and yes... Sting really is an arrogant ass (see documentary footage: '[cocky to Stewart:] "just try...") but a very talented and brilliant composer! Even Stewart cannot deny this haha ;)
Steward The Wizard. :-)

Top Google result is a JamBase interview in English.
Can you give better direction to the page you're referencing?

@larkydozer
for some reason Youtube didn't like it when i tried to copy and paste the web adress,
it's an interview by Gert-Peter Bruch who interviewed him in 2007 -2008
(did you try google.fr)
50bombard 5 months ago
@50bombard
I found the Gert Peter Bruch interview, but it is only four pages, not five.
Can't you quote the relevant 'graph instead of having me hunt for it?
