What kind of computer were you playing this on? I was considering looking for it on ebay or amazon, but I have Windows 7 so I dunno if it'd work.

@19felinefancy It should work with Windows 7, though i'm not 100% sure. I played it when I still had my Windows XP installed. You can grab it at "GOG" for about 10 dollars.

@19felinefancy I played it on Win7, All you have to do is: Install the game, right click on desktop, click on "desktop resolution", maximize this window and leave it open, don't change anything else, just start the game now and play. ;)

Anyways... Sanitarium's game engine looks similar to Desperado's (or maybe it's the other way around).

The voice acting of the main protagonist is pretty bad and seems forced, and the stuttering guy and the one with his pants down are SO annoying -.-

This was an awesome game. And I love the first level, because back when I restarted the game one time a while after I finished it, I realized that the first level is 100% foreshadowing. Every crazy person you talk to in this level refers to a level you'll play later. Everything else is a clue to the general plot. What a great intro to an amazing game.
