Higher level? Some people can do a-freakin'-mazing stuff with Microsoft's whipping boy of editing software. A little search on the Tubes will show that off.
We are aware of this. However we are looking for people who can operate Vegas and above level software. Its a requirement and most studios do require this so please, kindly~ Deal with it.
Not to be to argumenative but I know many folks who make better AMV's with WMM then folks with Vegas.. and takes more skill to make WMM look good then vegas.. if you even half assed with vegas can make it look good.
@talamarthraydin its true that it takes more effort to make an amv in wmm compared to vegas, but wmm can only go so far and ultimatly vegas, premiere, or some other applications allows you to go beyond what wmm can do
*claps* Way to fall in line. Forget that I made a point there, and 'deal with it' is the response. I'm just sayin', if you're starting from scratch, shouldn't you want as many people as you can get? Why alienate a group of video 'producers?' Most studios require it? Isn't that kinda sorta conforming? Maybe folks want change.
Please understand, that when you start a video group, your not wanting a lot of members. Its actually quiet small when you start out. This studio is going to be of a higher lvl and we really would just like higher lvl software editors. Its really nothing to have all these comments over. Its really simple. We just don't want WMM Right now. Maybe we'll accept them later, but starting off, I'd really just like to have more professional software used.
@VirtualStoryteller Excuse me but last time I checked you dont question rules just because you dont agree with them. Rules are in place for a reason. I mentioned that other studios require this as well because I wanted it to be clear we arent some big bad people looking to out people. To be honest i believe you are being very rude. If you dont approve of our rules please kindly find another studio. Thats enough.

@VirtualStoryteller WMM is suited for beginners. Although some people can do a decent job in WMM, its still inferior to its competition.
