Mostly i use grasshoppers, snails, worms, maggots, larva´s, sweetcorn, white bread, fly, shrimp´s.. A bit different here in Denmark :)

Thanks for showing us the bait. How about a little about the technique and why you chose that area to fish? What do you look for when you are finding trout?
