I as an Afghan will never blame Karzai for the things he does, it is because of our brainless people he is sitting in the presidenstial palace. That is obvious he will stop any corrupt people to be arrested because he is part of it. i know, most people who likes Karzai will say my opinion is bias or Bulls***. who cares.
