I love the concept, i think you'd do better without the 'oooh's and 'yeah's though. Like sorryseed said, it's got a third eye blind kind of feel at the beginning of the chorus but then carries off towards a weezer-eqsue wall of sound.

good idea for the verse melody. personally, i think i'd do away with the sickly "yeah"s and add some more words, but it could work either way. only thing i'd say is that the chorus sounds like a completely different song.
