How long can you take video on the LX3? (Is there a time/space limit?)
I like what I see, but I am looking for a camera where the only limit is the SDHC card size I am using.

The time length is limited by the size of the memory card in the camera. I've not tested how much a 8GB card can fully record yet, but it's over 20 minutes.

Are you sure, it's limited by the card? I have heard different. But 20 minutes is still within the range of the "cut off", going 45+ would be the test, ideally 60 minute test would be the clincher in me buying one. :)

Due to some odd restriction in Europe, videos are limited to 15 minutes. The US version of this camera doesn't have this problem.

impossible sdhc card are formated FAT32 and that format has a file size restriction of 4 GB minus 1 byte (232−1 bytes). Video applications, large databases, and some other software easily exceed this limit
