Reminds me alot of the early full video games on PCs and systems like the 3DO and the Sega CD. For me though it reminds me of Mad Dog McCree... I miss that game.
@DanFrederiksen Due to it's 8-bit nature, the Uzebox has a hardware fixed 256 color palette. Not surprisingly, we have to dither to approximate the full color range of normal movies. :)
Yeah not bad at all! Now play an old cyber-craptastic post apocalyptic movie on it! It would be like watching the Lawnmower Man cut scenes on my Windows 98 Gateway!
i ask you again... is it possible to connect the UzeBox to a european TV (PAL) Via the SCART-input? It has all kinds of inputs, so it has an RGB-Input, with a single sync-pin too.
Trailer of cyberpunk movie, on 8 bit console.
Win.

Sorry if I didn't reply before, 3/4 of the time I reply stuff, it is flushed by Youtube. >:(
I think it's possible with the SCRAT-RGB input, though the kernel timing would have to be adjusted for PAL. Search the uzebox forums for PAL*

Thanks for responding ;)
I think my TV could handle a 60 Hz mode, too, because there is that sync-pin.
BTW, were the Kernel downloads taken down? I couldn't find them anymore when i vidited the Uzebox website the last time :(
