@tinuxify sure, we have been using a Cisco TelePresence Server (Tandberg) which makes the Cisco TP Codec inter-operable with any 3rd party system. The Skype call was connected to a session on the TelePresence Server with a tool called Imagicle SkyStone - it's a Skype audio+video gateway to SIP/H.323.
