You can find a full server any time any day. They made it free to be richer and the constant updates are going to keep fans loyal (at least I am. By making it F2P, it opened the door to a lot more players. I'm not saying there aren't very many people playing now, there's a lot of people playing now, but *compared* to what they are now, there weren't very many players on TF2 before F2P.
