Hi, I'm Rick. Survived the coup in 1975, was there as a kid. My dad doing some bank project. they parked out side our house and rolled a bomb down a hill toward President Siaka Stevens' residence. There was a round up of suspects and a lot of people were shot. Looking forward to going back, nice reort - great music.

Oh my gosh this film was amazing. I am really curious. I was adopted at 13 months from sierra Leone Africa and live in America. I have never met my Father and sister who live in Sierra Leone. I was curious are you too adopted?

This is a beautiful song, the singer is Alonzo and the song is Angel... It makes me feel so sad cause I miss Freetown since I went back from there and this song remind me a lot of good time I had over there. This video is beautiful...

But thanks for the footage anyways, recognize the roads, shops, gas stations, bridge, even the taxi's. They all used to be part of my daily routine. I miss the people, the children mostly. Hope to go back there one fine day. Bai God in pawa!

they were innocent people forced to fight or to be killed. Te country isnt going to kill innocent people they are trying to save them and bring them back how they were before the war

Hi Malc. god bless you for doing this movie, freetown was a life changing event for me to, now i changed forever, by the amazing people of sierra leone, you are correct salone is open for business. and one day soon the world will get cance to see, this amazing country and the beautiful people that own it. good luck with your filming , i would love to see it.
