hi daleysfr, i live in Vietnam and i have a question that i hope you can help me. i have a garden with over 30 old mango trees. my grandfather planted 30 years ago. until now, there're still have flowers but a lot of trees has not fruits. it's crop regularly. and into stem of trees has worms. can you tell me how to trees has flowers and dont scrop, and kill that worms, thanks you so much.
Hi, Ive bought a property with a 200 tree orchard. All the trees are in flower now but all the flowers on every tree are turning black and shriveling up. Can u tell me what is going on? All the mango trees look very healthy and vigorus and are around the 5 year old mark. Any info would be great.
great tips! My mango tree is in my back yard, I live in Wollongong. She's starting to flower now (Oct 10). It will be the first time my small tree has fruited, it's approx 3 years old 2.5m tall. I'm reluctant to cutt the flowers off, because it is my first crop. But as you say it's it needs 14C temps at night, and we aren't quite there yet.
Is it possible to snip the majority of the flowers off, but leave some, just in case it doesn't flower again? Or do all the flowers have to come off??
