You pre order the game, day before they post it to you the shop says there is a problem with your payment as they can't process it. You then go to another site and a day later it says its posted on the 18th but you don't get it on Friday or saturday.

why not for PC as well? i swear this is getting annoying. RDR and now LA Noire are PS3 and 360 only... this sucks! I want this for PC. It's been proven that GTA and other games are better on PC than the consoles, so why can't they release a PC version too?
