jailbreaking an ipod is completely unnecessary to put ipa files on your ipod. everytime you download an app from itunes it saves an "ipa" file in a folder in your itunes folder on your cpu, when you download an ipa file just double-click it and it will show up on itunes and be stored in the folder. the only thing noticeable is that it says Unknown Genre which I have no clue how to edit. if someone knows please tell me.....

To put IPA files into itunes first goto your ipod touch or iphone icon and then click the app tab and then check "Sync Applications" after that to add IPA files just drag any ipa file where the Music, Movies,TV Shows, Podcast at the most upper right hand corner and a new tab called "Applications will open there, Then just drag and drop all your files there.

no just download an ipa file off the net and when you get to it it looks like a music file. double-click it and it will show up on itunes. if you ever want to share games with your friends just go in the itunes folder under my music folder on your cpu and a mobile applications folder stores ipa files of all the apps downloaded ever. very easy to access and is also a good thing if you wanted to back up the files.

You need to speak louder and make your instructions more clear. Very scattered and confusing.. You need to edit your videos too. If you want to put ipa files on ipod FW3.0 then you download AppSync for OS3.0 on your ipod or iphone on Cydia NOT ICY. after that you restart the ipod or iphone and your set to go.

second, if there are any problems, put your ipod in dfu (recovery mode), open itunes, and restore it to factory settings

2) get a free application from the app store

3) try it out in ur ipod_iphone
