I don't think he's losing his mind. Remember who he is. Warren Buffet is an investor and he knows that people will listen to him and invest like he invests.

Warren Buffet might not even believe what he says, but the sheer fact that his voice can sway everybody else means he is a front runner on every investment he goes into.

Warren Buffer bought a ton of US stocks after the huge crash so its obvious he wants everybody else to buy up the price.
