Only bad thing about japanese ports of re4 is that headshots are censored, so you won't see them as much as the us version.

@p3rvypri3st some tips, practice aiming the gun so you can whip it around it hit targets faster, go for knees so then if they fall on there knee you can follow up by running at them and kicking them saving ammo, never corner yourself with zombies that close also if you do try to hold up somewhere make sure no can come from behind, also good to have a shotgun :)
