LOL! Unfortunately there will be some who think these people are crazy. They think it's ok to go to a party or sports event or concert and act like this; but they don't realize that the presence of the Holy Spirit is honestly this tangible and joyful when we invite Him and allow Him to move. I've been at a Hagin meeting and at others where the Holy Spirit poured out on everyone like this, in a wave of laughter and celebration. No drugs or alcohol needed to dance with a merry heart before God

I am sure there was some in the congregation who were not Christians, and my question is this, Can the Holy Ghost fall on an unclean sinner without him repenting first? Just wondering!

@HzWings actually, the holyghost will reside on someone who believes..especially if your are being touched by someone who is filled by the holy spirit..and being unclean, no it does nothing...because it is the holy spirit that sanctifies you...it is everything! it cleanses, comforts, teaches and power to be saved and it is also the mark that makes us a child of Heavenly Father..it is a a free gift! and it is never by works!

@HzWings Hmmm... I say yes, absolutely, if He so chooses. He used a donkey... remember? And He tugs on the unsaved heart to draw a sinner to Jesus before confession is made unto salvation. I can remember feeling His presence a number of times before I actually made the decision to ask Him into my heart. So I think the answer to your question is yes.

@HzWings of course it can. Just as I, being a Christian, can go out and get drunk with the wine of the world and behave in an ungodly manner. All I have to do is take the first step and choose to partake of it. Now if a non Christian was amongst Christians in the congregation, saw ppl being filled, and desired the same, The Holy Spirit can and will indeed fill them. It all starts with a desire. We know there is NOTHING God can't do, so the Holy Spirit (being God) can fall on whomever it pleases.
