  • VEEEEEE FI FI FI FI FI FIIIIIIII

  • @sijotakane u mean the sounds? Will yeah ^_^ so what are they called ?

  • the sounds in the begining of the vedio reminds me of the anime "higurashi no naku"!

    I LOVE JAPAN!

  • @chocolovedov Thank you! ○┓

    Japanese heart stay here!

  • @chocolovedov it's not higurashi

  • i saw head demons flying around there the other day. they were smoking cigarette and talking about TV

  • Beautiful!

  • Thank you for wasting my time to see a bit of water be poured and no actual Shinto Shrine praying. = / Trying to prove a point to someone and that totally just wasted my life.

  • I like the background sounds, everything there is so peaceful... im going to try my luck with some EU program that sends students to Japan for 1 year

  • 日本語「よく」話せません。, but I want to sincerely thank you for this video. It was very kind of you. I hope that in the future I will be able to visit this shrine. I am learning japanese so that I can travel in your country. I am currently living in Canada. Hope to see any other of your great video online

    さようなら。

    H.

  • beautiful place, i wish i could go to a shinto shrine

  • Thank you○┓

I want you will visit here!

  • when i get money, i will

  • I am somewhat confused by the cleansing ritual shown here. Wasnt the individual to take the ladel in their right hand and wash the left and then left to wash right, then cleanse their mouth and then finally scoop the ladle between both hands washing their wrists. I saw no evidence of this. Again, I have never seen this variety done before. Is it specific to the area depicted? Again thank you for answering.

  • Oh. So sorry.○┓

    You are right.

    This is my original method.

I think important thing is clear heart and body.

  • At which point does the actual 'praying' begin and end? I can see you walking to the shrine but no actual 'calling the Kami' etc

  • That's right.○┓

  • ○┓

  • I am doing a project on Shintoism, and I am wondering if you could help me. Is it okay if I use this video?

  • OK! OK! Please using this video.

I'm interested in your project. ○┓

    Oh, You have visited Japan.

In july? Opening summer festival !

    (Bon dance)

  • Very beautiful, If i ever visit Japan, I will try to visit this temple and pray.

  • This is good place. I like silence.○┓

    Please trying!

  • Silence is good, it's great to get away from it all.

  • Can I pray to Shinto gods?

    How?

  • Please come to Japan. and you can○┓.

  • It looks so beautifull there, im going to visit one day. your religion is beautiful im going to pray one day when i grow up.

  • Thank you! I look forward to your visiting. ○┓

  • ^_^ yourwelcome maybe i'll see you :) lol

  • Ha Ha Ha ! ○┓

    ○┓Yhank you !

  • Same here, Same years!

  • I'm confused - why didn't both hands and dipper get purified?

  • Because I had camera....

    Both hands is washed better.

  • if anyone has the time, I would still like to know what Im looking at in this video.

Perhaps you could send me a Private Message and go over what is shown here?

Things like at 2:22 I dont understand, what are we looking at, whats it do?

  • In many cases shirines are built using natural landscapes and main buildings are always located at the highest places. First Clime up the hill by stairs, then walk through stone-paved approach, then purify yourself by holy water, then approaching the altar, where you are suppose to say a prayer.

  • I like it without a voiceover, but then I also know a bit about what's going on. I like it that you can hear the birds instead of someone talking.

  • (^○^)

  • a voice-over is needed for this clip

Although you know what you are showing and what it all means, i dont have a clue.

  • (^○^)

  • This is so peaceful... I think I may cry...

  • (^○^)

  • Interesting! It's really beautiful, I think. :)

  • (。^_^。)
