I got one but i didnt get the head set one i got the clip ons, can anyone tell me how to use it?

@DarkHero187 I got that one. You just clip it on your earlobes using water (or a conductive gel which I got later) and turn it on and let it go for it's 20 minute cycle. No need to change to different modes, just do one mode for the session. Don't use more than twice a day.

i bought this myself and have had great results... my wife suffers from anxiety and has frequent panic attacks, she was on anxiety medication but since using the BT-7 she no longer uses medication, is in control of her anxiety and has been able to control panic attacks ever since. must be 2 months now. i have found for myself that it relax's me and helps me deal with things alot easier. I rate it 5 stars.

@RightBrainSane Yes it is a nice unit. Dr. Nick Begich has similar devices which seem interesting. I believe one is called the SIRUS or somthing like that.
