To get sitrep pro, u can use the trophy system and cut it and it will count as an equipment destroyed, i got my sitrep pro in 3 games. Thumbs up so he can see it,

Perhaps what you should do for teammates is to create a group dedicated to it, about double the size of the team you would need for a match in case some are offline...then you will also always get into a pregame lobby and not a half done game.
