Sorry bro, but there is only 1 way to properly grip a football, and all three of the ways that you showed were incorrect in the same way. The pinky should never rest across the laces of the ball.

Simple explanation: Pinky across the lace can (most likely will) cause a "wobble" due to pressure near the center of the ball upon release. Pinky off the lace will slide off the ball and keep the ball centered on it "axis" and allow it to rotate without any "wobble". Try it... trust me!
