@DaGreatWaaagh so is any hobby these days.... video games in the uk cost about £40 a game.. they keep me entertained for 2 weeks at most... if i get a £20 modelset i'll paint them for 2-3 weeks... which is better value for money... Another hobby is reading, books can cost £15-£20 each and an Avid reader would read 3-4 books a month... that's about £60 a month... if I got a £60 GW set of models I'd be painting for atleast a month so it's roughly those two hobbies are same price...

you can use an old pillow case and role the green stuff gently inside it instead of mesh.thats what i do anyway.

@takethecashbeeatch98 you need a dry brush ( a kind of thicker brush that u can get from GW) you put a colour or a wash on your brush wipe it with a cloth and it will give u a cool rough effect

@shadowsnip1 Green Stuff is sold as two lines (which kinda look like Plasticine) which are yellow and blue, and when you mix the two lines together you get a resiny-plastic (I'm not certain) which you can use to model, or convert minis, or anything really,

And no, Masonite doesn't warp... well, it hasn't for me anyway. :)

another tip. use vaseline instead of water, especially if you're using certain brands of 2 part epoxy like milliput. keeps your fingers moist and is less likely to effect how long your greenstuff takes to dry.

also a quicker way of making sandbags is in How to make wargames terrain book from GW BUT I will tell you how. When you make your cylinder then press it flat and THEN cut it and TA DA sandbags

cheaper sand bags... just use rough paper and roll and so it into sand back like shapes fill the holes (or hide in some way can be a thin layer of thin paper) then paint them in light brown colour theme and clue them to a base if you want and that is pretty much it,,, xD hope it explains good enough,

@ipoonrabbits when you mix it together, it activates the stickiness and the hardening process so that they can give you yellow and blue stuff that dont dry out quickly and you can use as much as you want and not waste the remaining stuff :P

little tip:

when cutting the greenstuff into lengths, first use the back of the blade to make them roughly even, then go back and use the sharp side to cut them out properly

@MrPeace93 Green stuff, is a two part epoxy, if you go to any hardware/hobby store and ask for epoxy they should know what you're looking for.

Just a side note it doesn't have to be green stuff, other colors work just as well with very few differences between them.
