  • I...think..i've...foundsomethinggood..thxabunch

  • @pheonix1754 glad u like it bro. Check out my other stuff @mymadmethods

  • Of all the K/B workouts i've seen on the tube. This was actually one of the better ones. Thanks

  • @tkdnwwis No thank you bro! Thats a huge compliment. I understand how you feel. It seems everyone is doing the same thing. W a lil inspiration from mma, i developed these moves which led to my dvd. Thanks for the compliment!

  • Nice it like the functional variation on the sets ! We also incorporate technique striking drills in between exercises that are paired specific, and even suspension training drills for acclimation, have you played with neuro functional, positional and strength specific alternating sets yet?

  • @joeblackbeltmy66 Hey man, sounds like you do some pretty awesome stuff. I incorporate different devices all the time. Some suspension training, sledge hammer, tire, plyo boxes etc... But im addicted to the kettlebells man! Just cant get enough of them. But i incorporate mma specific stuff, with traditional kettlebell stuff ass well as muscle isolation exercises with the kettlebells. I just love their versatility:)

  • I really really liked the sprawl, clean press excercise, thanks for posting.

  • @snamone Im glad you enjoy it. The sprawl can actually be implemented in quite a few kettlebell exercises.

  • Mr. Smeghead, (great name btw) , the upa drill is explained in detail on the cks dvd. Also, i just started the presale of my Shadow-Jitsu dvd which also has an upa variation. If u havent already, add me on facebook. Thanks for your comment bro!

  • Hey great stuff! But you didn't demonstrate the UPA from the magazine article and that is the one that is the most mysterious to me. Any plans to demo that one? I will be picking up your dvd by the way, looks like a worthy investment! Thanks again!

  • @Vindicated. i like to mix it up. Ill do it 30sec of work then rest 30 until ive completed the set. then repeat the sequence again. Sometimes we do 3 min rounds where we change exercises every 30 sec w out puttin the bell down. then rest one minute between rounds.

  • Mr Vindicated, you are absolutely right! You can set it up pretty much however you want it. I say 30 sec of work and 30 of rest for beginners. At my gym, Socal mma and fitness, we dont rest in between exercises and work for 3 min straight.. Let me know how it goes bro. thanks for you comment:)

  • @kettlejitsu71 was a awesome workout, i used a 16kg might try use a 24kg next time, the hardest movement was the rocking chair get ups, so how do you do the workout in your gym? do you do all 5 exercises in a superset and rest at the end? if so, how long do you rest at the end?

  • you could prob set this workout up as a tabata aswell doing 30sec work and 15sec rest in between exercises and do five rounds but thats nearly a 20minute workout, i'm definately gona try that :)

  • Thanks guys! Be sure to check out my dvd on their website!

  • Great work guys this is by far one of the best channels out there !!!

    Keep up the good work

  • @panatukan3 Yeah man I love this Channel a lot of these exercise I've incorporated into my workouts. Especially my HIIT days but I wouldn't take such long rest between reps maybe 15 secs or less.
