The 'Jack Knife' or a 'Prone roll-in' that you demonstrated as 'not correct' and 'not really an exercise for your abs' is in fact an exercise. Any motion that causes you to engage your abdominals and support your spine with your core muscles is a real exercise for core and abs, in any form. In this case you would be contracting your abs as well as maintaining neutral spine. Essentially it is the same motion as a Knee-raise and I don't think you'd dispute that as en exercise. Otherwise good vid!

Great excercise! U can completely supercharge health, energy, your life with both an anarobic form of workout and a vegetarian diet. One of the two is great, both together supreme and can't be beat. Get the protein from soy milk, soy beans, beans, nuts, etc.. combined with whole grains, brown rice, etc... for better protein without the saturated, heart clogging animal fat and cholesterol found in meat and dairy. Eat lots of veggies, drink water and rule the roads!

this is truly an exercise where the more you can preform the better it is. Your body will tell you when enough is enough... don't over do it!
