@shmuntik thats why you refuse any physical sobriety tests on scene, deny ANY alcohol usage, and refuse on scene PAS tests too. Wait til u get to the PD station, usually 30 mins or so passes by before your ready for your official test anyways. Maybe enough time to get u under the limit! Plus, make yourself keep belching once at the station, they are supposed to wait at least 10 minutes after a belch to make you blow officially. Just keep belching every 8-10 mins. that may be enought time 2 help
