Flair probably would have been treated better overall in Japan but I dont think he would have became the beloved Icon that he is if he woud have stated there. The Japan territory as great as it is, is a segmented blocked off one that doesnt have the exposure that the US market does. Even though Flair had some issues over here I wouldnt have wanted him to stay over there.
