LifeProof only warrants the CASE NOT THE PHONE therefore for showing lack of confidence in their product as it has failed its main purpose being water proof.iv had this1 month and the warranty has already expired WHAT a coincidence. this So call LifeProof Case cant even handle a small dip in the ocean despite the fact it saying " Take your LifeProof surfing"

This company is terrible. I have tried to get a refund and they won`t give it to me even though they said my order won`t be charged to my Credit card until it`s sent which still won`t be for several weeks lol. And now the CEO is making jokes about how long it`s taking WTF... and added to that, They say they`ll send them to me THEn I have to send them back to get a refund....so I have to pay TWICE for postage woot... I can get better service at Walmart. This company sux.
