@hockeyrulesus in 1 corinthians 14, paul said if one speaks in an unknown tongue no man understands him. The reason everyone understood in their own language is because God was revealing the interpetation to their minds. That is why some of the people didnt understand and thought they were drunk. If they were speaking natural languages why would anyone accuse them of being drunk, but people thought that because they did not recieve revelation of the tongues, and it sounded like noise to them.

This is so true. God is calling His people. I was warned before I got the Holy Spirit. There were times that I felt darkness, and I knew that it was prompting me to seek God. My entire testimony would shock you. Satan wants to use man's intelligence against him: people don't want to believe in the supernatural. You said in your first video that this gift was meant for preaching, which contradicts Pauls explanation in 1 Corinthians and their is no evidence in the early church that this gift was used for preaching, ever. That why Peter, in Acts preached to the people in his own language, not with this gift after the Pentecost event happened. Even a well respected theologian, Wayne Grudem, doesnt deny this gift but understands its use and relevance for today.

@travisshel24 Peter stood up during Pentecost and preached and everyone heard his message in his native tongue. These were Jews who had gathered at the temple for the feast. These were known dialects, not gobbly goosh.

Christ mandated that they take the message first to the Jew, then to the Samaritan and lastly to the outer parts of the earth. If you are going to preach the word to the outer parts of the world, you are going to have to speak more then Hebrew, Aramaic or Konei Greek.

The same thing happened to me. I woke up in the middle of the night and a messenger approached my bed. I got scared and blessed my whole house, then knowing only a messenger from Jesus Christ would've stayed through the thorough blessing I went to sleep and keep having a dream of being in church getting filled with the Spirit til I could barely take it and when I work up and said morning prayer the same thing happened to me and I got spooked. Researched it and thanked God profusely.
