Man - that jump seat WAS my childhood! In the winter time all us 6 year olds would fight for it, and never sit on it - just play with our toys in that massive back, on the way to school through the snow.
If ever I get a descent car collection, this will be in it too, for sure! And I'll use the hell out of it in the winter time too!
Nice wagon. This as abba857 has said reminds me of Adventures in Babysitting. I can picture Elisabeth Shue as the babysitter behind the wheel. I always wanted to take an Electra wagon, and completely black it out. Black just about everything, tinted glass, black trim, and gray leather upolstery. Then take the engine and twin turbo it, and tweak it to the tune of say 650-700 hp, and make Yes, the worlds only GNX wagon.
That's a '84???? Nice.... but I think the hubcaps threw me off...since I saw hubs like that on like the '89s! Enjoy it and becareful and take care of it!
Nice Buick wagon! I had 3 of them... First was a copper coloured 1979 Estate Limited, then a dark blue 1990 Estate, and a dark brown 1989 Electra Estate. I also owned a dark red 1985 Pontiac Parisienne Safari. I really miss driving my old wagons. Thanks for the trip down memory lane.
@281Tbird I assume that is all Buick wagons for this year is that correct because I know a friend that has a wagon the folds window up and tailgate down but I forget wht car it is
Hmmm might be a 85, my 84 does not have a defroster in the 5th door. And i don't have "Buick" in the center of the 5th door. But i do have auto climate control.
@Rampersad454 Its the original 307, true duals 3 inch exhaust with 2 50 series Flowmaster. what size tire u got in the back i might change the rims but idk
@281Tbird I have a 300/50/15 size tires in the back. Its nice and wide. In the front I have a 235/60/15 size tires these are the 70's style low profile tires. I was wondering if you had cat's on your exhaust, and also what the difference was between the flowmaster 40 series and 50 series?
amazing )) love it

Does your 1984 Buick Estate wagon comes with a 252 cu in (4.1L) Buick V6 Engine in there!?. Or a 307 cu in (5.0L) Oldsmobile V8 Engine!?.

I love that station wagon! This car reminds me of the 1987 Buick Electra Wagon in Adventures In Babysitting!

The 3rd seat was the best, you could get away with murder back there and far away from parental wrath. It was the best place to be on long car trips.

Nice! I liked Buick's "wood" better than the other GM wagons.
