@TheCookiemonster890 I don't think Ellen understands the seriousness of what is really going on within the post office. If she did, she wouldn't have made a video that mocks and downplays a very serious problem; that being, a possible loss of 100,00 + jobs and the closing of thousands of facilities. Unemployment is nothing to joke about, especially when we have such a high rate already. Maybe I'm taking this too seriously, but when your own job is at risk, it's hard not to.

this is a crazy parody...but in all truthfulness, they had it standard that First class mail would get delivered locally next day and 2-3 days within the lower 48, now it'll be within 2-3 days across the board for USPS First Class so I don't see what all the fuss is about...

The ones will that close thousands of post offices, distribution centers, and eliminate 100's of thousands of postal jobs. Unless congress approves a bill that will allow the Postal Service to access billions of dollars of pension overpayments, these changes will happen.

@TheCrazyCoasterKid I am a mail carrier that delivers to upwards of 700 houses everyday. Do you have any idea how long it would take a driver to deliver packages if they knocked at every house, waited to see if by some chance a person might be home (which is rarely), and then hand the package to them? More time then I have. Unless a package requires a signature, there is no reason a driver should have to wait for a response at every house.
