  • i love how you look at each other in the eyes all the time :) you seem like the perfect couple :)

  • Put a 9 tray sedona dehydrator its the same size as a microwave..... im going to try the mashed cauliflower tonight

  • cool

  • Parsley flakes would be good sprinked in too.

  • Where did you get your living tree raw olive oil?

  • thank you

  • how much salt , how much oil? Can you use any other kind of nuts? such as cashews? I know you want creamy...

  • so is the macadamia nut butter, completely smooth???..im just wondering coz im trying to think wat other nut alternatives i cud use that i could puree myself b4 putting it in the coliflower.

  • cool. Thanks for the show. how's your plants?

  • ok too much talk. can you just focus more on the recipe please??

  • @bg11215 I agree. I'm here for recipes not a cheap sideshow.

  • you guys should travel to Ontario!! :)

  • Give the plants some seaweed concentrate (diluted in water) - It should help rejuvenate them.

  • I put some lime juice in it and used raw almond butter. To round out the taste I used some mustard, (that had a little salt; I did not add any additional salt), pepper and nutmeg. I would not tell anyone it was mashed potatoes because it does melt in your mouth down to nothing. You still have to chew. BUT my friend P suggested it could be a dip. Yeah it could.

  • wow, that really does look like mashed potatoes, seriously going to try that, thanks you two. I don't think that wrapping the plants in blankets will help much, they don't produce enough heat on their own to warm them selves in a toaty blanket, like humans and animals do. You could always hug them and, turn up the heat a little. Lots of love, xo

  • Who is that child? Kinda random.

  • im making this and raw cranberry sauce and raw choclate mousse (desert) for my thanksgiving dinner =)

  • can you use any nut butter?

  • Nice recipe. Who's johnny five??? that's the robot from those 80's movies.

  • Johnny Five is their cat. He meows in nearly all of their videos.

  • oh ok. this is the only vid of theirs i've seen.

  • Whats the difference between using a Vitamix versus food processor?

  • @Marie1225 - A blender such as the Vitamix would certainly produce a smoother product but when the result is a product as thick as this, there are two potential problems:

    1. It may have trouble actually blending in a blender since blenders require a minimum "fluidity" with which to work ...

    2. Again since the resulting product is so thick, it's more difficult to remove from a blender as opposed to a food processor.

Best to use a food processor and let it run as long as possible.

  • Thanks you guys for all your video's. I'm just learning about raw and organic food. I'm enjoying learning about raw food. And, I'm soo glad you make videos!!!

  • yumm ! hungry now...

  • Get a plant warming tray that you use for growing seedlings and a "grow light" that should help.

  • Thanks for the recipe!

You guys have great chemistry together!

  • I've got a Vitamix blender on order and am looking for raw recipes. Thanks for this one. You guys are a cute couple!

  • I'm wondering, since I don't have a food processor, can I just use a blender? I think not, but...

  • a blender can do All.

  • Try taking a clear shower curtain and tossing or empty jugs and cover the plants to make a green house effect.

  • You got your hair cut it looks like!!!! Looks nice :)

  • Thanks for another great recipe. :)

  • While traveling from Mo. to California, years ago, one boarder check place took away all our plants...I am wondering if they still do that.

  • Thanks for sharing this recipe!

  • I don't think we're in Kansas anymore.... oh wait a minute... yeah you are.

  • Great! thanks!

  • Try this with parsnip instead of cauliflower, it's so good! Esp. with a miso or mushroom gravy. Love the haircut Kevin.

  • that looks delicious

  • As the Kale Whale Ture ! Great show I picked up some Cauliflower yesterday and could not find a recipe for mashed potatoes Thanks I;m making that for dinner today !
