so is the macadamia nut butter, completely smooth???..im just wondering coz im trying to think wat other nut alternatives i cud use that i could puree myself b4 putting it in the coliflower.
I put some lime juice in it and used raw almond butter. To round out the taste I used some mustard, (that had a little salt; I did not add any additional salt), pepper and nutmeg. I would not tell anyone it was mashed potatoes because it does melt in your mouth down to nothing. You still have to chew. BUT my friend P suggested it could be a dip. Yeah it could.
wow, that really does look like mashed potatoes, seriously going to try that, thanks you two. I don't think that wrapping the plants in blankets will help much, they don't produce enough heat on their own to warm them selves in a toaty blanket, like humans and animals do. You could always hug them and, turn up the heat a little. Lots of love, xo
@Marie1225 - A blender such as the Vitamix would certainly produce a smoother product but when the result is a product as thick as this, there are two potential problems:
1. It may have trouble actually blending in a blender since blenders require a minimum "fluidity" with which to work ...
2. Again since the resulting product is so thick, it's more difficult to remove from a blender as opposed to a food processor.
Best to use a food processor and let it run as long as possible.
Thanks you guys for all your video's. I'm just learning about raw and organic food. I'm enjoying learning about raw food. And, I'm soo glad you make videos!!!

Give the plants some seaweed concentrate (diluted in water) - It should help rejuvenate them.

Whats the difference between using a Vitamix versus food processor?

Get a plant warming tray that you use for growing seedlings and a "grow light" that should help.

Try taking a clear shower curtain and tossing or empty jugs and cover the plants to make a green house effect.

Try this with parsnip instead of cauliflower, it's so good! Esp. with a miso or mushroom gravy. Love the haircut Kevin.
