Haha, that's impressive that you can understand Marathi. I'm American so I would have no reason to learn Telugu. I'm just astounded by the fact that the Dravidian languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, etc.) are so vastly different from the Indo-European languages.
