i got HIDs on my car and a pioneer deh5100ub headunit and the only problem i have is when i turn them on the flick on then turn off, and i usually have to do it like 3-4 before they stay on, but they dont cause any problems with my HU

I had radio interference with my cheap HID's - I hadn't grounded the ballast mount through the chassis - after sorting this, the problem was gone.

@calvinblinkee it should be on internet (I got word from a dealer), audison has recalled a lot of units, since they F'ed something up with that series... and that is why they made 2nd series... I got the hear very first one, and 3 units at that...all the same problem... and I have 360.

I agree with what was said about the rockford 360. I brought one it sounded like shit so I sold to someone for 150 bucks (@ least I got some of my money back) and brought a jl audio cleansweep. I wouldn't say its a tremendously better product but it sounds better than the 360.

That wouldn't be pioneers fault... the bad ballast is sending out shitty and its fucking with the IC inside the pioneer. The only way to cure it is too shield it hard core which would make the unit heavy as fuck and its the job of the light people to make sure their shit doesn't leak RF..

I bet it was fucking with his computer in his car too but not showing up since there isn't speakers hooked up to it

with your hids makeing ur old pioneer make noise u can ground ur rca terminals comeing out of ur headunit, a bad pico fuse can cause this, and to the hate on the 360, everyone has there input but my oldschool pioneer premire 860 has full active, digital time alignment, seperate gains for tweets n mids, well its 3way active, i need help with the time align ment but i think i need a rti to set it right tho, anyways whats yalls facebook, and keep up the good work

I would recommend the Cleansweep. I prefer it to the PXE-H660. For the amateur it is easier to setup than the Imprint. No pc needed, sounds good and no noise.
