Yea, finally, the original soundtrack. No clue why the overdubbed this song with the crap in the "updated" version of the outsiders. The replacment music sounds like it came from pulp fiction. Not dramatic at all.

This is a very moving piece. Oddly enough, I woke up at 4 am and this song was in my head...I haven't seen the movie in years...read the book when i was in middle school...it was really weird but I had to Google the scene to discover the name of the piece. Thank you for posting it and satisfying my curiosity.
