I need a tummy tuck after having twins and the muscles underneath(the abs) are herniated so they(DRs) will have a lot of work to do. Need breast reduction too as I wear a 40 I cup and can hardly find bras to fit. I've put it off because I am so scared about the surgery but I think I am going to try for this winter.

Did he tighten your muscles? If they don't tighten your muscles do you still have to go home with does drains??
