Well my headset is already paired with my PS3 so all I have to do if my headset is on is just hold the select button and it will turn itself on for me to talk into it and then I just hold the select button again to turn it off. I usually play with it off though since in some games it causes lag but in this one I needed to ask a question so I turned it on for a few seconds to ask them about those stunned guys.
