This song hits home with me. I can think of the times I have been love and the more times Ive been hate. Im thankfull that the love in my life has never given up on me and how much more important it is that I am thankfull that I have never given up on him. Hes sweet/comort and my heart longs for him even more so when Im out of my mind. We need each other if we are ever going to make it by the cab drivers, strangers, loners, screams, and vacations.
What a beautiful song. When I first heard it I thought hate was going to kill love. Love is this bright and wonderful figure, and Hate is a lost soul. Does Love settle for Hate? Isn't there so much more for something as beautiful as love? I was dissapointed with the ending because of this. Any thoughts?

Love is unconditional and not based on who or what Hate is or does. If Love gives up on Hate then there is no HOPE.
