  • At 2:25 she looked at him and thought, "damn, I just got PWN'd".

  • ugh, the sound quality of this video is just crappy, but liked this video anyway, making me curious ...

always liked Dolores, and respected pavarotti.... :)

  • mrgrubbymart how dare you insult the dead and a living talent u ignorant prick

  • Pava looks like a young, well-dressed Santa Claus

  • Do you think her nipples were erect? Pavarotti...

  • @MrGrubbymart idiot much?

  • Wonderful time, got to the story,.... Ave Maria roga por todos nós, abençoa nos á todos neste MUNDO.

  • que extraordinaria persona fue pavarotti ,siempre haciendo sentir a los demas grandes cuando en realidad el es el mas grande y el maestro .

  • song gives me the chills...

  • Pacarotti OH OH OH The best . was -

  • yes

  • I miss Luciano Pavarotti! He left us too soon! I love the Cranberries...this is a treat for me I have to say. I was raised on this song (among others..:))

  • Dolores-Pavarotti-Diana what a graceful and powerful trio of humble beings

  • Lady Diana!!!! Lovely version though :)))))

  • The best version of Ave Maria...ever.

  • she may not be a good opera singer, but i bet she can be one hell of a yodeler..

  • 100x better than bono verson

  • RIP Pavarotti

  • Amo a Dolores, Pavarotti es un maestro.

  • @MeinKleinTier If you're going to replace someone in this vocal talent equation, it's definitely not Pavarotti.

  • @Chillinout1234 He's a professional. He's not going to disrespect her even though she's awful. Kudos to him.

  • É o talento superando preferências religiosas e musicais.

  • Pavarotti makes one of the hardest songs look effortless to sing, a true master of his art.

  • Ave Maria....

  • 5*****

  • voce stupenda, Dolores se la cava bene ;)

  • I keep coming back to this video. It's a beautiful contrast, her voice and his. Bravo!

  • Very good you video!!!!!!!!!!!!!

See also, the tenor Felipe Peletta singing this song and many others!

  • Pavarotti. SING IT LIKE A BOSS.

  • she's amazing but it must have been amazing for her standing next to Pavarotti singing *sigh*

  • @scox825 you see at some point it's no longer amazing for her to stand next to Pavarotti, cause it amazing for Pavarotti stand next to living legend, which Dolores is

  • I, for one, love her voice, but must admit that she doe not suit this song. She doesnt seem to have the lung capacity to handle the words. She keeps pausing inbetween words to take a breath which is very noticable and spoils it. where as Pavarotti with his training and experiance doent have to. He does it the way this song is meant to be sung. Top efforts to her though for trying.

  • also for aidan a pue inspiration to me

  • you cant expect she sings at the level of pavarotti because he had years of training to sing in that level and she doesnt, anyway she still being my favourite singer

  • Despite the dramatic comments about this woman's voice, she simply isn't doing the style justice. It simply isn't powerful enough. It basically sounds like an -attempt- at the song.

  • @thexsocialxmop Yes, and some people would consider stick drawing a "style", but it's not talent. To each their own. Sure, her "style" works for rock songs, but it's no substitute for talent.

  • Sorry but...even though i consider Dolores voice one of the best voices ever, any singer looks pathetic near Pavarotti

  • @Samarripa123 it's called uniqueness....

  • Just Amazing¡¡¡

  • I dislike her attitude.

  • eu amo essa cantora foi minha primeira paixão por uma banda sou fã d+ e cantando com o imortal luciano nosa é de arrepiar.

  • Princess Di :(

  • Superb

  • Two massive talented voices singing together ,,, fantastic. just fantastic.!!

  • @MeinKleinTier

Yep, maybe more reverve, but then she should sing alone, not next to a super opera singer like Pavarotti. He wasnt TOO strong with her. He is just singing the way the song is supposed to sing. dont get me wrong. I repeat. I like Dolores and her music. It is just that this time at least for me she just doesnt fit. I respect the opinions of the ones who like it, and I hope ppl respect my opinion too…

  • Music is the ultimate freedom of the spirit. With it, one can soar the spaces and touch the dimensions, abiding in those places where guns and arrows have no reason nor cause for being.

  • I am a huge Cranberries fan, but I definitely have to admit that Dolores had nothing to do there! Her voice sounds weak and powerless! She is suddenly stopping at the end of her verses because she cannot hold the key even!. Pavarotti imposes with his voice when he starts his part. THEN you can really enjoy the song how it was meant to be heard!

I like Dolores, but she is definitely not meant to sing opera. We have to be realistic folks!

    peace.

  • @Ciudadmx it's not a question of notes but voice and emotions ! that makes the difference, tenor or not, fuck it !

she sings it her way and that's the most important .

    cheers

  • @Ciudadmx Its true, I love her but I am an objective person

  • QUE HERMOSURA, ES COMO PARA LLORAR DE EMOCION! BENDICIONES!

  • @iDavidMartin Oh DAYUM GURL! You sure showed me!!!

  • Fuck Dolores and her yodling, shaky, weak voice. Fuck the Cranberries and their stupid alternative rock.

    Hail Pavarotti!

Why are there all these videos of him singing with pedestrian radio bands like this?

  • @foottothenuts ha... post YOUR vids and let's critique you, you loud mouth bastard. Doubtful you play or sing shit. Cranberries are great musicians... hardly a radio band save a few of their songs. Now... go look in the mirror and say, "I am a ignorant bastard" and then slap yourself.

  • @Comanchebrav i write play and sing brah, and I definently sing better than her....

  • @foottothenuts sure !

  • Damn Dolores you give me goosebumps!

  • I wish Pavarotti had got up an sung "Zombie" by the Cranberries with them on stage.

  • beautiful

  • Grab the audio from this song at searchripgrab doht cohm.

  • nice voice i like it, but, i just can say please girl respect the tempo, the tempo is very very important on this song (and all the operas and classic and, jazz, etc songs)

any way nice voice nice song, bad audio quality :( but it is ok :D

  • I very much like the song, but the video quality is bad... especially the audio part... very low bit rate... just my opinion though...

  • Dolores is fantastic. very beautiful. very good. kiss

  • The whole POINT of this concert was for POP singers to join Pavarotti to raise money for his charity. The point is NOT for Dolores to be an opera singer....has she ever released an opera album? NO!!!! Of course not. All the pop singers involved in this were invited and chosen by Pavarotti himself, this was PAVAROTTI'S IDEA. I'm not a fan of opera, so I'm not watching this for Pavarotti. Dolores did this to raise money for charity, NOT to be an opera singer. Pavarotti got what he wanted!

  • well done delores how hard must it be to sing beside the greatist voice on earth...

  • simplement magnifique, quel duo

  • Nossa que incantador, ainda mais com a Dolores O'Riordan!

  • That's just terrible. Back to the 90s and let Pavarotti do the singing.

  • wow they are amazing

  • Avee marrrii eee aaaahhhh

  • @fkoff99 Now throw a cat in a blender & you might have this rendition down pat.

  • She sings like an Angel, strong and beautiful. Her voice is like a siren's song.

  • She's so cute when Pavarotti starts to sing. We love you dolly.

  • Bogtrotter Banshee attempts opera and fails miserably-kill that Cranberries warble !

  • happy xmas war is over

  • A melhor dupla de Sempre...logo a seguir a Tacuara/El Conejo!!!

    SLB GLORIOSO SLB!!!!!!!!!!

  • WOW!

  • ¿46 en contra?

people if u know any womansingers with voice like this, write me in PM please

  • Maria Dolores :X

  • bellisimo

  • This is absolutely beautiful. I'd go as far to say inspiring- God knows it helps my essays flow when I listen to it!

  • lucky bastard gets to hug Dolores O'Riordan...

  • Two wonderful voices together. Its awesome!

  • her 'r' is making me sick, that's not art at all. is this so hard for english tongue to pronounse a simple italian or slavic 'r'? whatever. I cannot find anything, which made princess Diana cry

  • what an unlikely duo...:)

  • LUCIANO PAVAROTTI. NO WORDS.

  • @Nockturnmortem Dolores O'Riordan. NO WORDS as well.

  • This song gave me chills when I heard it when it was released. Still does

  • not bad for a pop singer

    lol

    i love her

  • @jnovascotia21

    pop? c'mon

anyway, i understand what u mean!

  • GORGEOUS SONG ! AND WHAT A TEAM .

  • Gracias senor, por este dia, que termina. Por las bendiciones que recibi de ti hoy. Por haber disfrutado a mi familia en todo su explendor. Gracias mi Dios, me despido con esta hermosa cancion en alabanza a ti.

  • Dolores was brillient, although a little nervous but who wouldn't be.

  • the voice of this woman is special.

  • Comment removed

  • Al cesar lo que es del Cesar y a Dios Lo que es de Dios ...dolores a lo tuyo

  • @mackcheq This girl singer is none other then Dolores O'Riordan from the Cranberries. You were way out of line by talking about her voice. She has one of the most unique voices which makes her sound better and different then most other singers who tends to sound like others.

  • No wonder Lady Diana was wondering why they were cheering at at the end. I cant think what made Pavarotti agree to sing this as a duet. The girl singer was way out of her depth. I am sorry but her voice is awful and she should keep away from this type of music. She is a very attractive girl though, good luck to her.

  • @mackcheq Why would she want to sound like a bunch of church choir boy molesters. I take it that's the type of stuff you like, huh. You say she is attractive. Why does her short hair remind you of a old flame? Or one of those little boys you wish you had every freaking sunday? Yes, That's Dolores O'Fuckin'Riordan, you stupid fuck. Check out my profile page and the educate yourself before you put your other foot in your dick tasting mouth.

  • @mackcheq lololololol... regardless of what you think of Dolores O'Riordan, you got to admit lady Diana does look like she was wondering :D

  • @mackcheq I see that this was left some time ago but.....are you high? Do you have an inability to hear & also recognize talent. My. & to assume that that is the reason of expression from someone is interesting but I would not put my absolute on it. I accept your thought but disagree with you very much.

  • When and where was this concert?

  • It's good to see for once there's a page of a Dolores O'Riordan video that isn't spammed with "experts" who believe that she is singing out of key or some retarded shit.

  • @BradE17 ok well, admit it, she does actually have a relatively weak voice. You can see it in the Cranberries early live footages: her voice is breaking TOO much and she sounds nothing like the awesome stuff we heard when we listened to their CD's. It's the same with Alanis Morrissette: when she performs live, she sounds like she has no control over her voice. Go and compare O'Riordan and Sinead O'Connor live, then you'll know what i mean.

  • @relfexreaction i disagree, but I won't encourage you to reply again by being rude about it. have a good day, sir.

  • @BradE17 thanks for the good day, i'll have use for it. peace :)

  • @relfexreaction So what if she has a weak voice, that´s her style and that´s what they wanted to add to this song, a different way of singing it, rather than the same operatic style all the time.

  • @IshyIMB017 that's fair enough, i have no objections at all.

  • @relfexreaction one more thing since I'm watching this again. lol. The "breaking" you're talking about is why I listen to the Cranberries. I honestly love the sound of it... and I'm pretty sure it's called Keening. She's definitely doing it on purpose. Keening could be something else but I know it's like crying for the dead in Ireland and I know that Dolores does it...I'm not sure 100 percent that it's the break though. Anyways at least you're not listening to Lil Wayne.....

  • @BradE17 no, i love it, too (at least i used to like it a lot when i listened to them a lot) but i meant : TOO much when they were on the stage.

  • @relfexreaction

look, im not an expert on music, but i think very timber has his own special effect, so this is what i like to dolores, and alos, maybe i like sinnead cuz she has another 'style',

so, please, be serious, its like u want to compare muse with moby

  • @iovulmovul if i was asked about their vocal abilities, i'd say the muse singer has a better voice.

  • @BradE17 Don´t hope too much, some "expert" might stupidly appear.

  • @IshyIMB017 haha thumbs up on that for sure. Having to be compared to pavarotti would be a drag for anyone, but I think Dolores is one of the only mainstream singers that wouldn't be booed off the stage.....

  • @IshyIMB017 hehehe, already "did" :P

  • gratzi por resando con nostros Ave Maria

  • that is so beautiful

  • dolores o'riordan is the best...

  • Look up the English lyrics- its a MOTHER'S prayer, not a prayer to Maria. And its beautiful!

  • i like this.it really sounds great. love u dolores and, of course, we admire and love u ,luciano!!the best

  • Bravo Magnifico

  • Pavarotti is the shit! This guy kicks ass!

  • pavarotti is much more greater than her

  • @teekunn you dont have understand a thing about this. Of course pavarotti is a greater singer but you cant say he is better than her. You dont see how she performs? You dont see her eyes how they feel it ? The feelings i get is from both the same. From the one side , from his majestic stong voice and from the other side her magnificent angelic voice

  • Comment removed

  • I agree with Antoniasesina : I'm disappointed by Dolores singing this.

  • I miss Pavarotti.

  • rip luciano pavarotti

  • RIP Luciano Pavarotti !

  • beautiful. voice of a angel

  • @Anna27051962 not true. However NO ONE should pray to or honor Mary. She is the mother of Jesus, she is not God, nor can she speak for God. Pray only to Jesus, not Mary. The catholic church is a cult.

  • @LuckyGuu There is more to it than that, LuckyGuu. Mary is the beauty and light in YOU, as is Christ. There is no difference between the Christ and the Christed within (those who have accepted and live His teachings from their heart). If you think about it, there is only ONE person who experiences the Divine in your reality, and it's you. That means the Divine has a different expression in every person, each made in the image of the Divine but truly blessed with individuality. Namaste-Peace

  • @LuckyGuu . Hey LuckyGuu. Listen, i'm not Catholic anymore....but I do want to correct something that others believe about Catholics. Catholics don't pray to mary or saints or anyone else. This prayer and some others like it are asking Mary and other saints to pray for you to God. It's exactly like asking family members or friends to pray for you when you're sick or troubled. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that, is there?

  • @crackity72 "wrong to ask someone to pray for you or someone in need?"

Nope,Mary and the saints might be closer to God than you.Since the Alpha and Omega is so incomprehensible, some feel a need for a middle man, woman,Saint or Angel to have comfort in passing the messages and prayers.I've never been a "Catholic",always had God on my "face book",Beautiful angelic voice

  • @LuckyGuu ....lucky, not trying to start anything. i've just always heard non-catholics judge catholics for praying to people who aren't jesus/god. Not True!!! Is it wrong to pray for someone else? probably not. is it wrong to ask someone to pray for you or someone in need? nope. then why would it be wrong to ask mary, living family members, or saints to pray for you to God. now, the whole saint thing is another story...but there is nothing wrong with asking everyone to pray for you...

  • Con lo que me gusta Dolores, su voz, su música, sus letras, y ké mal rollo m da cantando esto... su faceta católica... ké mal rollo, en fin, siendo ella... hasta el puto avemaría suena bien, pero... un gran PERO

  • Great combination

  • Due GRANDI

  • Absolutely stunning!

  • one reason I don't listen to opera is because it is so high minded, too high brow and too devine for lowly souls. I watch this 'cause of Dolores of Cranberries. OK. said done. shall not come in here again. Thanks for loading.

  • "Ave Maria, gratia plena

    Dominus tecum

    Benedicta tu in mulieribus

Et benedictus fructus ventris tui Jesus."

  • I love her accent.... Two completely different styles coming together for such a beautiful song. A wonderful performance and execution.

  • Pavarotti is waaaay better than dolores

  • She is way out of her league!

  • I'm not a believer but this always brings a tear to my eyes. A truly beautiful piece of music.

  • It's a strange video this one; at about 2:10 you can hear someone start singing

  • i'm muslim and i love virgin mary and jesus cvhrist , there are also importants person in our religion , i hope see the day that all humanity live's togheter without war's :)

  • @braveheart1188 great comment!!!

  • @braveheart1188 cvhrist

  • @braveheart1188 i hope i live that long to see all people love and respect each other....i think the media helps cause war...but that's another story...if you live in the United States, and are a Muselim, I welocme you and your family to this country. we really have a lot of wonderful people here. it's the bad ones that are in the news....have a good holiday....peace to all....jackie

  • @braveheart1188

From your lips to God's Ears.

  • how many rock singers can say i sang with pavarotti a lagend in italian music.this was amazing. shear poitry.she is amazing to beable to sing with the legend rip pavarotty.my dad loved pavarotti. though cancer took my dad 12 20 2007. thanks for the post and the memery

  • "Legend"

  • her voice <3

:P i love it amazing song

Thank yoh Pava my man :D

  • two styles, both worlds apart, that compliment each other beautifully.

Do you think that Pavarotti would have invited her, if he did not like her style.

After all he was THE tenor and could have anyone he wished sing with him.

Embrace diversity and become tolerant :)

  • i love you dolores

  • Dolores is weak ((

  • imádom

  • I bet this is one of pavaratties greatest cuz of dolores.

  • what's there to say... AWESOME both

  • Beautiful!!!
