These colors are not washed - they are natural. It's not an issue to make colors more saturated. Many cheap camcorders make so, because people like crispy colors. But believe me - colors of s11 are its advantage. My HV20 records natural colors too and they are awesome on TV.

@worldidolpoland Ive got an HV20 and it doesnt come close the HFS11. The 11's colours are more intense and the video is far crisper.

Hi Benelli12.... Import&rendering my videos by IMovie 09--Export in Quicktime,compression H.264---Quality max--Frequency 50 Fps--Format 1920x1280 16:9.Just this.

1920x1280 is not 16:9 - it's 3:2. 1920x1080 is 16:9.
